How to Enhancing the skills of youth of India .....
In today's world skills are very essential for human beings because only that one can able to fulfill their desires who is skilled one. For me if you have skills then you can easily beat to failure. If you analysed those developed countries like USA, Russia, japan,UK etc. then you will only find one common thing in them that is they are work on their skills to enhanced. In most of the developed countries from the childhood of the children's,school authorities start to shape the children in terms of skills, besides the books they also teach how to discover or invent their qualities to do anything. If I talking about Japan and USA,these both countries are numbered in developed countries ! why ? It is because of their education system, they work to start separate or mould the children according to their preferences or their interest at the school level. But on the other side, if I talking about underdeveloped nations like India, nepal, Bangladesh, etc. Here numbers of factors are responsible for their backwardness like lack of money, lack of infrastructure, intense level of corruption, and most important factor is higher rate of illiterate people. But I think these all are excuses by the government to rid out from their work. Now, isn't any policy in India regarding skill development ?. Over the last ten years Indian government has taken so,many significant efforts to improving quality of skills. Like, setting up the National skills development corporation (NSDC),2009,launching skill India mission in 2015. And flagship of Pradhan mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMVKY)in 2016. These policies not only even help to produced number of skilled labour but it is also improve the country's economy as well, which I think is very important. But these policies are not very affective until our education system is not taken some very affective steps towards skills development. Now, here I compare Indian education system and USA education system. In USA, from the root level school institutions are developed quality of skills among the students, from the school level students clear about their goal. But on the other side, if I talking about India then here is lack of infrastructure, intense level of corruption in system, and lack of will power of government. Indian education is continuously proceed as like what method was taken in 10 to 20 years back. If India wants to be listed in developed nations list in future then I think, first indian government have to be show strong will power to change education system and work to provide best of the best infrastructure and last, constitue some independent bodies whose work in the field of education development and their welfare. Now,come back to the topic *how to enhanced the skills of youth of India ?. In the present world, India is one of the fastest growing economy. There are thousands of big firms established in India every year because of easily accessible of cheaper labour and resources. But,still in India this year unemployment rate goes to 6.1 percent the reason what I found behind this highest rate of unemployment is lack of skilled labour in india. In this computer world every industry want a skilled labour not unskilled because of with the changes of preferences of world or with the increasing of rivalry firms. Government of India have to start some more vocational training courses as like NSDC and Pradhan mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana etc but at the school level which helps the children's to developed more skills in them. And government will also have to establish some vocational training centres in every state and city of India. By adopting these ideal points, I sure that one day India will be become one of the developed nations in world..........
