Cyber crime encompasses any criminal act dealing with computers and networks. In technically driven society, people uses various devices to make their life easy. Globalization results in connecting people all around the world. The internet whereas connect people and companies from opposite sides of the world fastly,and access to all,many companies starting threating the personal or may called internet life of people. This is actually cyber crime. 

*According to MASON,"cybercrime as any crime in which a computer or other digital device plays a key role,which is to say that digital evidence is involved regardless of whether the crime fits under any statutory definition of computer. 

* What are causes of cybercrime ?

- emotional purpose

- for nation security 

- To influence the citizens with one particular ideology.

- To crashing all economic activity by destroy data, internet security system of a nation. 

- To destroy any important case related file maybe scam file. Etc.

• govt must take rapid measures to promote data localisation. 

• govt must improve its data storage infrastructure in a country. 

• skilled man power with regard to cyber security is need of hour. 

• rapid response is of essence to minimise the impact caused by cyber attack. 

• spread awareness about data security among citizens. 

However,cyber crime is a technical threat not only for nation security but also threat for our personal identity and information.To reduce cyber attack govt should built better technical infrastructure + govt should take some initiatives like localisation of data etc. And it's also our responsibility to secure our personal data by learning little bit about security system.
