Unemployment problem and solution ...
India's 2019 population is estimates around 137cr.based on UN most recent report. India is a World's 7th largest country by area and 2nd largest country by population.
As a world is a home of 1.8 billion young people between the ages of 10 to 24 years, 9 in 10 of the world's young population live in less developed countries.
As like these reports, one of the report is released by United Nations according to their report, India has largest number of young population in world. This, report also depicts, what is the consequences generate in near future,if the population is not to curb fastly these problems like, increases unemployment which is already in India at their peak point, hunger, and other economic, societal problems etc Generates. With the increasing of population unemployment is also increases with the double rate. According to new economic report, the unemployment rate in India is calculated around 6.1 percent which is highest in 40 years. Now, from the above these reports, one question is arises that is "why government of India is not taken any step to curb the unemployment rate and Are it will effect on our developing economy more in near future ?. If I talking about what the government of India was taken steps from the past time to till now. Then this a full fledged report what was in past and what is in present. In the UPA regime government only in 2012 the Indian economy start increase,(according to some reports) and UPA government one of the policy "MGNREGA " which was launched in ,2006 the policy is to target those people who do not have any employment, it's main aim was to enhanced livelihood security in rural areas by providing 100 days of wage employment to those who are unskilled. According to this policy if a person does not get any employment within 15 days applying, applicant are entitled to unemployment allowance. etc and other so many failed policies by UPA government. But it is not enough to curb the unemployment rate. On the other side, if I talking about NDA tenture, then there are so,many promises by the Narendra Modi in 2014 elections campaigns but afterward, when the Narendra Modi government was made in centre then from the 2014 to 2017,their efforts in the direction of employment generation is not very appreciative or not very bad. Within four years according to economics time data, Modi govt. Generate 12 million employment for the country's people. But it is not very effective,if you are looks the India's demographic structure. Modi govt was mostly criticised when PM Modi announces demonetisation, which was badly affected on Indian economy as well as on employment generation because of demonetisation many people lost their jobs. Now, in 2019 Modi government again in power, let's see what policies made for the employment generation in India because within two years billions of younger generation is in the age of employment. The main reason of unemployment in India is :- unskilled labour and other one is system is not transparent. In my perspective how govt has to generate more employment opportunities :- first in the time of Artificial intelligence and computerisation generation govt will have to starting compulsory computer program at the school level and besides, from the books govt also have to start some vocational courses from class 8th to 12th, so that within four or five years maximum school students is become well skilled at the schooling level. Second one, govt will have to provide loans at minimum interest rate to those persons who want to start their own business because unemployment is only curb by our own country people not by other one. And last, govt make our system include bureaucracy more transparent so that whatever the program is launched by govt is reached to each and every person.
